Conclusion: What we stand to gain

Here are some of the goals we can achieve by working together to revitalize the Okayama Culture Zone:

1. Enhance the value of residential, business, and public properties around Okayama.
While nearly every nearby property could gain from this initiative, there are a few properties that especially stand to benefit from a new Tsukimi-bashi, an Asahigawa Lantern Walk, a Marunouchi Historical Park, and the other enhancements suggested in this blog. These properties include

The Okayama Symphony Hall complex:

The Okayama Prefectural Library:

2. Increase tourism and make this area a popular dining spot for Okayama residents.

3. Create a focal point for cultural activities and community building.

4. Above all, create a beautiful and inspiring place for everyone to enjoy, making the most of our city’s natural and architectural legacy.
